Adverts are largely terrible and annoying. Anyone who’s seen the work of John Lewis, though — particularly their Christmas ads — will know that they’re often the exception that proves the rule.
Well anyway, they’ve done it again. In the two-and-a-half minute advert above, bored parents at a school talent show are suddenly wowed by a ridiculously impressive cover of Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody”.
Give all those children an A+. And spare a thought for the human John Lewis, who’s most likely being inundated with tweets yet again.
