CEREAL – Nature's Path Gluten Free Crunchy Vanilla Sunrise Organic Cereal


1 1/2 Cups of lentils (from a can – rinsed well)
a handful of raw spinach
a teaspoon of dijon mustard ( I used President's Choice brand)
a tablespoon of lime juice
a pinch each of salt & black pepper

Blend!( I use a Ninja Blender )
